Committees

All of the work that is done on the National Level of ESN NL is only possible thanks to the people in our Committees and Board Support positions. Learn more about the National support structures below.

Network Care Team

The Network Care Team supports the Network Manager and Vice President in network care, quality assurance, training and international affairs. This includes support for tasks like preparation of the Dutch delegation for international events and staying in touch with the international HR and Network communities.

NAcom

The National Activity Committee works on different types of National Acitivities. Together with the Partnership Manager, this committee organizes several events for the members of ESN NL like trips to other European cities or Gala’s in the Netherlands!

ITeam

The IT team works to resolve any IT-related issues that are faced by the National or Local board members. Support is given for i.e. issues related to the ESN Google accounts, the website, or GDPR.

Education Team

The Education team supports the President in advocacy for more, better and more inclusive mobility. The team is led by the Education & Youth Officer. Tasks include reacting to the latest local developments related to internationalisation, and working on studies to gain a deeper insight into international students in the Netherlands.

PR Committee

The PR Committee supports the Communication Manager in their work for the marketing of ESN NL. Tasks include help with writing, proofreading and designing of any type of social media content.

Project Committee

The Project Committee supports the Project Manager in their work to organize various projects related to the causes of ESN and other initiatives for the betterment the Network. Go here to read more about their current projects.

Docuteam

The Documentary Team is a project team that was created for the Documentary project of 2024/2025. The team consists of videographers, video editors and video producers. Together they work to create a documentary that shows the hard work that goes in behind the scenes of ESN NL. Keep an eye out on our instagram for regular updates on this project.

Event Manager

The Events manager is a board support position that supports the Vice President in coordinating any national events such as National Platforms and Physical Community Meetings, together with the organizers of the specific event.
